This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. I remember my first stay when the staff helped with early check-in. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay. I'm coming back for Christmas!

absolutely terrible experience. The 'suite' felt neglected with a stained sofa and minimal breakfast. I asked for an upgrade as compensation for the disgraceful room, but was treated like any other guest. Not to mention the air conditioning was out, making it feel like I was in a sauna. I almost thought about a good review but just couldn't.

Tried it so you don’t have to!
Friendly staff made check-in easy with an excellent breakfast selection and spacious accommodations and a kitchen perfect for home-cooked meals.
Unreliable housekeeping delayed room cleaning and noise from other guests interrupted sleep.

The city views from the room were outstanding, providing an excellent backdrop for relaxation. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly, making check-in a pleasant experience. However, the lack of sufficient towels in the room was disappointing, especially when the request for more was denied. Additionally, noise from the neighboring room made for an uncomfortable night, interrupting sleep more than once.

The room was really clean, and I enjoyed the free breakfast with so many choices. There’s a cool pool and a nice fitness center available for relaxing after a long day. I wish there were a few more towels in the room, but overall it was a great stay! 😊

close to supermarkets, lovely one-bedroom apartment, equipped kitchen
The elevators are ridiculously small and slow, making waits unbearable!!! Plus, the parking process is a hassle, as I was misinformed and had to rush to get my pass. Rooms could definitely benefit from more lighting!!!

The room was spacious and had a full kitchen stocked with everything I needed. Parking under the building was super convenient, and I felt quite safe with security around. The location is central, with plenty of shops and eateries nearby.
But, honestly, the fridge was so loud it could've been a rock concert! Plus, the staff seemed more distracted than a squirrel at a nut festival.

good but could be better
The room was immaculate, offering a refreshing escape. Staff members displayed exceptional friendliness and were quick to assist. The location is perfect, surrounded by a variety of eateries within walking distance. I loved that the amenities were well-maintained, giving us a very comfortable experience during our stay.
I found the bathroom a bit cramped, which diminished some comfort.
